How to Use Notion Widgets on iPad

On iPad, you can embed Embedify widgets inside Notion pages, use Split View for side-by-side work, and add Notion to your home screen.

Part 1: Embed widgets inside Notion

  1. Open the Notion app on your iPad.
  2. Navigate to the page where you want a widget.
  3. Tap an empty area, type /embed, and select Embed.
  4. Paste your Embedify widget link and tap Embed link.
  5. Resize the embed block to fit your layout.

Part 2: Split View with Notion

  1. Open Notion and swipe up from the bottom to show the dock.
  2. Drag another app from the dock to the side of the screen.
  3. Use Split View to reference notes while viewing your widget dashboard.

Part 3: Notion as an iPad home screen widget

  1. Long-press on your home screen until icons jiggle.
  2. Tap the + button and search for Notion.
  3. Choose a widget size and add it to your home screen.
  4. Select the page you want the widget to display.
